ValoHalli is a unique party space in Lauttasaari, Helsinki, that you can rent for private events or just for yourself. Available to rent for 90, 120, or 150 minutes, it features interactive digital games that combine mixed reality, video games, sports, and social fun. When you book ValoHalli, you get full access to all its attractions, including a climbing wall, a trampoline, and a game arena for playing with friends or family. The games are designed to combine the best of the real and digital worlds, helping you stay active while having fun together. ValoHalli is recommended for ages 6 and up, and it’s perfect for both kids and adults.

On weekdays, the Valo Motion development team uses the space at ValoHalli to create and test games. Because of this, events and parties cannot be organized during those times. If you want to book the space on a weekday, please call ValoHalli to ask about available times that are not listed in the booking schedule.

ValoHalli is an active indoor playground owned by Valo Motion, a Finnish game company. Valo Motion designs and creates interactive mixed-reality games and attractions, such as ValoClimb, ValoJump, and ValoArena. At ValoHalli, you can enjoy Valo Motion’s games that combine exciting exercise with the fun of video games.

ValoHalli is open to anyone looking for a fun, active time with friends, family, school groups, sports teams, or colleagues. Bookings can only be made in Finland by adults aged 18 or older. On Saturdays and Sundays, we offer basic packages for birthday parties and other groups, like sports clubs and associations. If you need a space for a work event or have a group larger than 25 people, please contact info@valohalli.fi. Each booking includes an instructor to help and ensure you have a comfortable experience. Please note, that as a customer of ValoHalli, you are responsible for additional services such as childcare, which can be booked separately and /or through a third party. You are also responsible for supervising your guests and children. The games are recommended for ages 6 and up.

Click on "Check Availability" at the top right of this page to see available times and choose a package that suits you. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation with details and tips for preparing for your visit. Online bookings are currently available for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. If you’d like to book on a different day or time, please email info@valohalli.fi. Depending on the availability, we can sometimes arrange group bookings on weekdays as well.

Reservations, like birthday and group bookings, cannot be canceled, but you can reschedule the date twice, for example, if the event needs to be postponed due to illness.

If you need to reschedule on short notice, call +358407075418 or email at info@valohalli.fi, and we’ll help you find a new date.

You can enter ValoHalli 10 minutes before your reservation begins. This is to allow the previous group to finish and give staff time to clean and prepare the area for you. Entering earlier could lead to damage or accidents as the cleaning is still in progress.

Your reservation includes the time you’ve booked for your event. If you need extra time for decorating or organizing, please consider booking a longer session or ask us about packages with extended time. We’re happy to help you find the best option for your party, so please feel free to reach out to us!

ValoHalli’s online reservations are for groups of 1-25 people, including children and adults. Birthday and party packages are priced for up to 25 participants, unless agreed otherwise. The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring the guest count does not exceed the limit. An instructor will be present during the reservation to assist and ensure rules are followed. The games are recommended for ages 6 and up. For larger groups, like sports clubs or teams with up to 35 people, we suggest booking at least 120 minutes. ValoHalli can accommodate a maximum of 40 people at once.

Unlike venues that sell individual tickets, at ValoHalli, we specialize in hosting larger gatherings so groups can have a fantastic time together! Our packages are designed to make it easy and affordable for groups of all sizes to enjoy a private space for active fun. We encourage parents to join in with kids and friends, making it a shared experience for everyone. ValoHalli offers plenty of room to play, so you can enjoy the games while easily keeping an eye on everyone. With games for all skill levels, everyone can join the fun!

Yes, you can! Our smallest package is for up to 25 people, but you don't need 25 people to have fun! ValoHalli is great for small groups too, with activities suited for 10 or even fewer people. Please note that the price remains the same, covering up to 25 people, even if your group is smaller. Come and join ValoHalli for a fun experience regardless of the size of your group!

If you buy a package for 25 people, but your final group is larger, you can add more people for €13/hour.
However, admission for a maximum of 40 people. If you plan for more than 40, this must be agreed in advance as it may require additional staff and lead to higher cleaning costs.

Adults and parents are always responsible for supervising the child. The instructor is there to guide the use of the devices and ensure their operation. In an emergency, the instructor will help.

No, we don’t offer childcare. All guests are the responsibility of the person making the booking. Every reservation includes an instructor to greet you, help you enjoy the games, and ensure everything works smoothly, but the instructor is not responsible for childcare if there are minors in your group.

For children's birthdays, we recommend at least 1 adult for every 10 children. Since adults and parents are responsible for supervising the children, it’s helpful to have at least this level of support. For parties with children under 7 years old, we suggest 1 adult for every 5 children.

We do not provide catering. The venue operates on a self-service basis, so you’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks. Nearby, you’ll find K-Supermarket, S-market, and Lidl in Lauttasaari for any last-minute snacks and treats. You can also order food directly to ValoHalli (Melkonkatu 23). We recommend placing your order at the start of your reservation to ensure timely delivery. For example, you can set the tables while others play and begin cleaning during the last 10 minutes. Disposable containers and water bottles are suggested, and there’s a water filling station on-site. Remember to stay hydrated, as you’ll be active throughout your time here!

Yes! We have a refrigerator (171L) and a freezer (42L) if you’d like to bring cold items, like ice cream or an ice cream cake. For any last-minute snacks, K-Supermarket, S-market, and Lidl are also located nearby.

Yes, you can bring your own decorations! Just make sure not to stick anything on the walls that might leave marks, and avoid attaching decorations to ValoHalli’s game equipment for safety. Please remember to take down all decorations before you leave.

Your reservation lasts exactly for the time you booked, as stated in your confirmation. For example, if you booked at 12:00 for 90 minutes, your time is from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m., and you’re free to use it as you wish. You may arrive about 10 minutes early to greet your guests, but the play areas are only accessible during your reserved time, ensuring the space is ready for the next group. ValoArena is a mixed-reality game arena designed for up to six players. Here, you can enjoy the super popular “floor is lava” game or participate in a space-themed running race. ValoArena offers a total of 6 games, each with multiple levels.

ValoHalli also features ValoClimb, an augmented reality climbing game where up to 4 climbers can play and compete on a wall together! Enjoy both easy climbing games and challenging routes. ValoClimb includes a total of 11 games with various levels.

With ValoJump, experience interactive trampoline games that turn you into a superhero! Players jump on real trampolines and airtracks, and compete in a digital game world. ValoJump offers 10 games for trampolines and 9 games for airtracks, each with multiple levels.

No special equipment is needed to play any games. The games work automatically and are controlled by body movement, so there’s no need for equipment like VR glasses or controllers. All attractions are safe, hygienic, and suitable for all skill levels. The games are recommended for ages 6 and up and are sporty and physical, so we suggest wearing sports clothes and non-slip, brake socks.

Brake socks are optional, but they are a safer choice. Regular socks are allowed, but brake socks help prevent slipping, especially since children move and run a lot.
