What our Support Does?
The Valo Motion Support Service is designed to help ValoClimb and ValoJump owners with any issues they may face in the daily use or installation of their devices. The support team can also help with questions regarding installation planning and technical specifications of Valo Motion products.
As the support team is located in Finland, we handle:
- non-urgent requests during Finnish business hours
- urgent requests between 8 AM and 9 PM Finnish time (EET).
Please note that Valo Motion Support is only meant for our current customers.

Submit a Request
In urgent cases, submit a request form. You should hear from our Support within 24 hours, but usually faster.
How Does our Support Operate?
Valo Motion Support offers support service for any issue related to Valo Motion products. Support services are offered remotely from Finland, which means there is no on-site service. If resolving an issue requires a specific task to be performed on-site, the support team will instruct the owner how to perform the task with detailed instructions and manuals.
After initial contact via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), we can also communicate via phone, Skype and WhatsApp, depending on what is the best option for each situation.
